2. Order Placement

2.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or breaches of these terms.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. All payments must be made through pre-approved methods, such as credit card or bank transfer. Invoices must be paid in full within the specified time frame, typically 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Late payments may incur interest or penalties, and failure to settle outstanding invoices may result in suspension of account access or legal action.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1. Returns of goods are only accepted in cases of defective products or shipping errors. All returns must be authorized in writing and sent back in their original packaging.

4.2. Stock Swap Policy: SPX Brands UK PVT Ltd does not facilitate stock swaps for unsold or slow-moving inventory. Products sold are considered final unless defective.

5. Credit Policy for Non-Moving Stock

5.1. To support our customers, we may offer a credit against non-moving stock. The credit amount will be based on the discounted value of the stock and can be applied over a period of up to two years.
