Shipping & Returns

Our shipping policy is simple. £7.50 (plus VAT) per parcel for 3-4 day tracked delivery as standard for all parcels under 20KG. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday, won’t be processed until Monday. We also provide pallet delivery, which is £50 (plus VAT) for a 3-5 day service. Next Day is an additional £20 (plus VAT). Timed deliveries are a further £15 (plus VAT)..During this time of Covid we cannot be held responsible for any courier delays that are out of our control.Thank you for your understanding. Please also note it your order is a large pallet order this will take longer to pack and deliver. Please note also that our packing time is also 2 days, so you must add this onto the time you expect to receive your order.

All delivery networks are receiving a very high demand of deliveries, so please expect some delays that are out of our control. If you are ordering a parcel size order, please allow 2-3 days packing time and another 5-7 days delivery, If your order is coming on a pallet then please allow 3-4 days packing time and another 7 or more days delivery. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Returns

All merchandise returns must first be approved by a sales representative. All approved returns will be shipped back to the PolarX warehouse at:

Any boxes sent to our warehouse without approval will be refused and returned to shipper.

All merchandise returns must include a packing slip indicating the customer’s account name and a list of merchandise being returned. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Customers are responsible to go through all received product within the given (7 day) time frame. Customers are responsible for all return merchandise shipping charges.

Our products are wholesale items that ship in bulk at wholesale pricing, minor defects may not be credited when returned. Any damages that happen upon the products return to the warehouse, will be the customer’s responsibility and will not be credited. There will be no shipping credits applied to the customer’s account as an available credit.

A credit memo will be sent out to the customer’s email address to notify them that the product has been received and credited. Only merchandise credit will be given on returns.
